Circuit Court In Session Here This Week. The Ste. Genevieve Circuit Court with Circuit Judge I N Threlkeld of Farmington pres. iding convened here Monday, April 25th. The following officers were in attendance: Judge N. Threl keid. Prosecuting Attorney Peter H. Huck, Circuit Clerk Leo D Karl, Sheriff Louis J. Ziegler and Court Reporter Tay for Smith. W. B. Turner and Sullie Howard sworn in as deputy sheriffs. The Sheriff returns the follow ing panel of Petit Jurors: Joseph X. Figgi, John Joggerst, Xavier Basler, Ben Giesler, Dan P. Schwent, Chas. E. Gegg. Jr, Edgar Bauer, Henry A. Huck, Lawrence P. Basler, Bert Car ron, Jos. Eisenbeis, Ed Bayer, James Straughan, Ww. B. Sch midt, Edw. Bequette, Larry O'Sullivan, F. T. Harter, A. W. Vogt, Ed McDaniel, Ed Nabors, Reuben Cole, Jr., George Wolf, John Grither, Jr., Anton Schmiederer. Charles E. Gegg Jr.. was excused from jury duty because of his bearing. Reported and parole continued to October, 1932. State of Missouri VS Oscar Wolf. Stealing fowl at night time and breaking custody.
