BANK STOCK SUIT A suit has been filed in district court by Johnson in behalf of the Wilsey State bank collect double stockholders from Atkinson for liability shares owned in that institution failed few years The Burdick cattleman held 20 shares of the bank stock with face value of $100. The bank ceiver asks that he be required pay $2,000 into court to help the instituliquidate tion. Joe Lynch of Herington the attorney.
