State of Minnesota ex rel. Joseph P. Pavian vs. Frederick P. Wrightas mayor; heard upon demurrer to complaint; briefs to be submitted Monday. In re assignment of Standard Investment company; leave given assignee to distribute funds. P. W. Foricy as administrator vs. David C. Shepard; heard on motion for judgment on pleadings. Judge Kelly-St. Paul Knitting Works vs. William L. Marston, and Miller & Sofford and George C. Brown as garnishees; referred to E. E. Miller to take disclosure. J. P.
