CLOSED. The Germania Bank, of St. Paul, Makes an Assignment. Special to DAILY FREE PRESS. ST. PAUL, Jan. 4.-The Germania State bank closed this morning to protect depositors. It made assignment to Peter Kersh. There is not much excitement over its closing, and it.is believed the bank is in good shape. It stood a big run in 1893.
