Jenkins Named Bank Receiver SAGINAW, Feb. 5.-Blaine B. Jenkins, member of the receiver's staff for the past five years, is the new receiver of the Bank of Saginaw today. His appointment was announced by Governor Kelly yesterday. Afred P. Pierson was placed in the post of attorney for the receiver which has been held by John P. Murphy Jr. Jenkins has had charge of the closed bank's real estate for the past five years. He succeeds Don Bicknell who resigned to join the executive staff of the Second National Bank and Trust Company.
