Cameroi District Sues Farmers Bank Cameron County Water Control and Improement District No. 18 has filed sut against the Farmers' State bankof San Benito on depository bond, alleging the district had $800 inthe bank covered by the depository bond at the time it closJohn T. Lomax, G. G. Hanson, E. E. Ogden and H. E. Agar are named as sureles on a depository bond of the plaintiff's petition. Other defodants named in the suit are Farmers' State bank, receiver in blank and James Shaw as commissioner if banking of the State of Texas.
