Orders Imperial Bank Dividend In superior court this morning Judge R. D. McPherrin signed an order authorizing the declaration of a final dividend in the matter of the Farmers and Merchants Bank of Imperial, now in liquidation. According to this order the petitioner is authorized to declare and pay a final dividend in the amount of 48 1/2 percent on all claims against the commercial department of the bank except those claims assigned to the petitioner as set forth in the petition. It is further order that on the payment of this dividend the liquidation of the bank be closed and the petitioner relieved from further liability in connection with the case. The petition was signed by Friend W. Richardson, superintendent of banks for the state of California.
