I HAS CHARGE OF 19 BANKS B. V. Curry Named Receiver for Two More Institutions. Receiverships of Kansas state banks by B. V. Curry were today increased to a grand total of nineteen when Frank H. Foster, state bank commissioner, placed Curry in charge of two additional banks. Curry's receiverships now extend to almost every section of the state and he, is in charge of settlement of practically all state banks that have closed their doors in the last eighteen months. Commissioner Foster today placed Curry in charge of banks at Hanover, Washington county, and Runnymede, ) Harper county. Curry was named as receiver for both banks. Under his latest appointments Cur1 ry will be in control of affairs of the People's State bank of Hanover. Senator J. R. Hyland of Washington county is president of the Hanover bank which closed its doors recently. The state bank of Runnymede will also be under Curry's control by virtue of his new appointments. This bank was closed recently under an order from the state department. E. W. Shepherd will act as deputy commissioner in charge of affairs of the Elmo State bank at Elmo, Dickinson county.
