A charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated against Paul Davis was dismissed Monday before Judge Moffit on motion of the county attorney. Criminal Trial Hears End. The state and defendant completed testimony this morning in district court before Judge John T. Moffit in the trial of Harold Clymer on charge of drunk driving Arguments were slated to begin this afternoon Clymer was arrested by police May 23 after an alleged collision with car. The defense introduced character witnesses this morning County Attorney Carl Hendrickso and Assistant County Attorney Robert Greene are representing the state and L. M. Silliman is defense counsel. Dismiss Divorce Suit. A divorce action brought in district court Anna Krupicka against Joseph Krupicka on grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment was dismissed this morning by Judge Atherton B. Clark on the plaintiff's motion. Files Divorce Action. Agnes Marian Alex has filed divorce action in district court against Spiros George Alex on grounds of cruel treat ment.
