Alleman Bank Has Receiver D. W. Bates Appointed by Judge. D. W. Bates, state superintendent of banking, Thursday was appointed by Judge Loy Ladd as receiver for the Farmers Savings bank of Alleman, Ia. The bank has been under Senate File 111 and was closed this week.
