Court News Collected by the Daily Record. U. S. Circuit Court of Appeals. The United States circuit court of appeals reconvened yesterday at 10:30 clock, with Circuit Judges Pritchard. Knapp and Woods and District Judge Connor in attendance. The court announced and handed down its opinion in the following case: The Ferries company, owner and claimant of ferry boat "Rockaway" et al. appellants, VS.
