# BANK CASES ARE ENDED Baxley, October 25-Former Cash- er Maxwell, of the old Citizens Banking Company, was acquitted in superior court today of a charge growing out of the bank's suspen- sion of business. Last week a jury acquitted former President A. H. Moon. Today the case was with the jury about five minutes. Charges against directors of the former bank were dismissed, bring- ing to an end the proceedings in superior court.
