TO FORECLOSE MORTGAGE. Scottish Heights Addition Property to Be Taken. Frank W. Paine, as receiver of the Walla Walls Savings bank, yesterday commenced an action in the superior court to recover $2,000 from W. B. Clowe, alleging that the defendant borrowed that sum from the bank. The loan was secured By a mortgage on property in Scottish heights addition to Seattle, and foreclosure is now asked. On stipulation of the parties the name of A. K. Dice has been substituted as plaintiff, as he is now the holder of the mortgage which It is destred to foreclose.
