Chicago Loop Bank Closes Its Doors CHICAGO, June 25. Chicago Bank of Commerce, loop bank with deposits of $5,200,000, was closed today by State Auditor Oscar Nelson the request of its board of directors. This was the first change in loop banks year, neighboring institution Michigan boulevard, the Peoples Trust and Savings bank, closed for liquidation recently and asked its depositors to come for their money.
