PEOPLE'S BANK of PATERSON.In pursuance of an order of the Chancellor of the State of New Jersey, notice is hereby given. that the CREDITORS of the Corporation styled THE PRESIDENT. DtRECTORS and COMPANY of the PEOPLE'S BANK of PATERSON are required to present their claims and demanda to the subscribers, Receivers for the Creditors and Stock holders of said Bank, and to prove the same, is required, to the satisfaction of said Receivers, within six meaths from the fitteenth day of November, 1831. or they will be excluded from the benefit of such dividends as may hereafter be declared by the Chancellor upon the proceeds of the effects of said Corporation.
