Description

Multiple contemporaneous articles (May 1932) report a depositor run on the Citizens National Bank & Trust Company in Hornell that led the bank to fail to open its doors and to be closed; a receiver (Horace Mizell) is reported for the closed Hornell banks, indicating permanent closure/receivership.
