Liquidation Notice The City National Bank of David City, located at David City, the State of Nebraska, is closing its affairs. All noteholders other creditors are hereby notified present the notes and other claims against the association for payment. Cashier Dated: August 1934 SHERIFF'S SALE Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an execution issued heretofore in case numbered 4875 judgment rendered on the 25th day May, 1934, favor the Ulysses State Bank Ulysses, Nebraska, and against Hajek in the sum of interest thereon 10 per cent from January 24, 1933, until paid and costs taxed at levied upon and on the 15th day of October, 1934, at the hour of o'clock m. in front the east front door of the court house David City, Nebraska, will offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash the interest of the judgment debtor, Hajek, in the following described real estate, to-wit: West Half the Southeast Quarter of Section 18, Township 13, North, Range East of the 6th M., Butler county, for the satisfaction of said judgment, interest and costs. Said sale will be held open hour 2-5 of Butler County, Nebraska.
