X X LEGAL NOTICES NOTICE OF SALE OF ASSETS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, by the undersigned, Receiver of the Security State Bank of Wolf Point, Montana, that the remaining assets of said trust will be offered for sale to the highest bidder for cash on or after the 10th day of July, A. D. 1929, and the undersigned invites offers or bids for the purchase of said assets to be submitted to him on or before the above mentioned date. Bids or offers should be in writing and accompanied by a certified check for ten (10) per cent of the amount offered for said assets and such bids may be mailed to the undersigned at Culbertson, Montana, or filed with the Clerk of the District Court at Wolf Point, Montana. The right to reject any and all bids is hereby reserved. Respective bidders may procure a list of the assets to be sold from the undersigned. patient at the General hospital since last Friday. Ed Krebsbach and L. T. Crail were Glasgow business visitors last week Thursday. Mrs. Fred Schafer and Mrs. J. H. Coffey were visiting friends in Glasgow last Saturday. Mrs. Wm. Mindeman left last week for several weeks' visit at Lafayette, Minn., and other points in that state. Peter Yarde and Raymond O'Brien of Lundville visited Wolf Point this week and took advantage of the Carnival bargains. Miss Catherine Nail is able to be out after a seige of scarlet fever. She does not plan to resume teaching for about ten days. Notice is being published by H. C. Skarie, receiver, of the final payment to the depositors of the Security State Bank. Byron Yates, state manager of the A. O. U. W. was here the first of the week for a conference with A. J. Kiefer, district deputy. Mrs. P. R. Dougherty and Mrs. E. J. Cody returned Tuesday from Foley, Minn., where they have been visiting for about three weeks. P. R. Dougherty drove to Williston to meet them. Rolland Trotter is out and partly able to attend to his office work at the Camrud Motor company after spending a month at the General hospital recovering from a light case of typhoid fever. Bill Taylor and Charles Dahle, representing respectively the Tribune Printing and Supply Co., and the Great Falls branch of the John Leslie Paper company, both of Great Falls, were in Wolf Point Wednesday and took time to look over the new bridge and station KGCX. I Mrs. Si Estenson and Mrs. J. A. Cameron of Vida were in Wolf Point the later part of last week. The Estensons expect to L leave soon for the Twin Cities where they will visit relatives. They also expect to visit in Wisconsin before returning to Vida next spring. The Camerons plan L to leave about the first of the year for California.

the plaintiff 15 days in which to submit a brief and the defendant 10 days in which to file answering brief. In the suit of N. C. Niles against W. L. Rose of Poplar, judgment was signed for $431.25 plus $20.50 costs. In the matter of the Griffith Smith Loan company against Rudolph Hinz, service was had and default entered. The court took the matter under advisement. Divorce Cases Several divorce cases came up. In the case of Bertha M. Halack against Anton Halack, a demurrer which had been entered was overruled and twenty days given in which to answer. A decree of divorce was granted Tillie Glabb from Geo. Glabb and the custody of the five children given to the mother. A decree of divorce was signed in the case of Agnes Littlebull against Frank Littlebull. Non-support was charged. There are two children, one and three years old. A decree of divorce was granted Sarah Barajas from Foster Barajas. Cruelty and non-support is charged. There are no children. Mary Jelley was given a divorce from E. Carl Jelley and the custody of the minor child, George. In the case of William Dawson against Florence Dawson, a motion was made for change of venue, and this was taken under advisement by the court. Security Bank Windup Hearing on the final accounting and petition for discharge in the receivership for the Security State Bank came up. J. E. Rucker appeared for H. C. Skarie, receiver. The court approved the final accounting and directed the receiver to deposit all undelivered unpaid dividend checks with the clerk of court together with all funds in his hands, such funds to be deposited by the clerk with the county treasurer of Roosevelt county. Inasmuch as there were to be no longer any funds in the hands of the receiver, the sureties were released. Court-2 Estates In the Ole Halvorson estate matter, the court authorized a sale of real estate. Sale of personal property was authorized in the matter of the estate of Thos. Gardner. Order for the sale of personal property was signed in connection with the Tom Simonsen estate. Relative to the guardianship of John Brooks, a minor, the court signed an order approving the accounting and decree of distribution. In the suit of Richard Vohl against William Plau, a demurrer was introduced and was taken under advisement.
