MS-7353, Memphis, Tenn. 10-2tpd RUN ON BANK According to the Kosciusko Star a small run was made on the Guaranty Bank & Trust Company of that city last Friday, which threatened to be serious for a time. But level heads managed to get it checked before anything serious happened. The other Banks came to the rescue, and all depositors who wanted their money got it promptly. The Bank opened as usual next morning, and everything is going smoothly. CHURCH SERVICES Regular morning services will be held at the Presbyterian Church U. S. A., Sunday March 9th. The Pastor will speak on "Unloading Our Cares." No evening service will be held and our people are encouraged to attend services at the Methodist Church. C. P. THRAILKILL enjoyed Mrs. Mitchell's hospitality. The hostess greeted her guests in her most cordial manner and ushered them into th lovely living room, where her charming little daughter Bobbie Lee, passed the tallies. Four most exciting games of Bridge were played; at the close of which Mrs. A. W. Johnson took the score, and Mrs. Mitchell let all cut for consolation. High score was won by Miss Nannie Woodward and the hostess presented her with a beautiful linen luncheon set. Mrs. N. S. Fox won the consolation prize, which was a lovely piece of Rookwood Pottery. Mrs. Mitchell, assisted by Mesdames A. W. Johnson, Joe Mitchell, William Kirkpatrick, served a most delightful salad course. Mrs. Mitchell had as guests besides club members, Madames Frank Reich, William Hight, De- lores McDougall, Paul Chamber- lain, William Kirkpatrick, Chas. Blue, James F. Chaney, Joe Mitchell, Lena Jamison, H. D. McKay, Fred Mitchell, and Miss Meyers. REPORTER.
