HAVANA BANK IS RE-OPENED Bismarck, N. D., July 2.-(AP)Reopening of the Havana State bank in Sargent county was announced today by Gilbert Semingson, state bank examiner. The bank, which closed Nov." 25, last, reopened with about a 75 per cent reserve, Mr. Semingson said. Mr. Semingson lauded the efforts of E. Jones, Lisbon, district bank receiver, and the board of directors of the bank. Receiver and directors did commendable work, he said, in bringing about the reopening.
