THE CIRCUS IN AT DAWN. Ringling Array Here Tomorrow From St. Joseph. Carrying on its four long railway trains of 100 double length steel cars 1,600 people, among them the sensational giraffe-neck women from Burma, the Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey circus will arrive on the sidings of the Burlington railroad in Kansas City at dawn tomorrow Immediately the performers, fifty elephants, 1,009 menagerie animals and 700 horses will start for the grounds at Seventeenth street and Indiana avenue, where performances will be given at 2 o'clock and 8 tomorrow.
