ATTORNEY HARRISON NAMED BANK RECEIVER County Outlook) The Citizens National Bank, which has been doing limited business with W. M. Back Conservator, since the holiday March, was closed week and Attorney Harrison, of Somerset, appointed receiver. He proceed once settle up its affairs.
