NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That default has occurred in the conditions of that certain mortgage, dated the First day of October, 1928, executed by John William Gillies and Mary Gillies as mortgagors to First State Bank of Sauk Centre as mortgagee, filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for the County of Stearns, and State of Minnesota, on the 11th day of October. 1928, at 10 o'clock A. M., and recorded in Book 105 of Mortgage Records, page 235 thereof; and a certain interest in which mortgage, and the indebtedness secured thereby, was thereafter assigned by the said Bank to F. S. Cooper as Trustee for Depositors of First State Bank of Sauk Centre, under the jurisdiction of the District Court of Stearns County, Minnesota, by written instrument recorded in the office of said Register of Deeds in Book "V" of Assignments and Agreements on Page 566 thereof; that no action or proceeding has been instituted at law to recover the debt secured by said morgage, or any part thereof; that there is due and claimed to be due upon said mortgage, including interest to date hereof, the sum of $5833.33; and that pursuant to the power of sale therein contained, said mortgage will be foreclosed and the tract of land lying and being in the County of Stearns, State of Minnesota, described as follows, to-wit: The West half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (W SW (SE1/4) of Section numbered fourteen (14) in Township numbered one hundred twentysix (126) of Range numbered thirty-four (34). also all that part of the Southwest Quarter of said section numbered fourteen (14) contained within the following described metes and boundary lines, to-wit: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Southwest Quarter thence running South to a point seventy-five (75) feet North of the center line of the right of way of the Great Northern Railway Company running across salid Southwest Quarter and thence running in a Southeasterly direction along the Northerly side of said right of way to its intersection with the South line of said Section fourteen (14) thence East to the Souheast corner of said Southwest Quarter thence North to the Northeast corner thereof and thence West to the place of beginning, said bounded tract being all that part of said Southwest Quarter which lies East and North of said Railway right of way will be sold by the sheriff of said county at public auction on the 13th day of March, 1936, at 10 o'clock A. M., at the front (North) door of the Post Office in the City of Sauk Centre in said county and state, to pay the debt then secured by said mortgage and taxes, if any, on said premises and the costs and disbursements allowed by law, subject to redemption within twelve months from said date of sale.
