SUMNER STATE BANK BEING REORGANIZED TACOMA, Jan. 26.—(AP)—A representative of the state banking department was in charge of the Farmers State Bank of Sumner today. The institution failed to open yesterday and reports said reorganization was planned to allow the bank to reopen. However, neither the state nor bank officials would comment. Capitalization was reported at $25,000, demand deposits at $261,165 and time deposits at $228,384, a total of $590,049.
