BANK AFFAIRS TO CLOSE Joseph N. Leggat, examiner in charge of the State Bank of Payson, filed a petition in the district court Tuesday to have the bank adjudged insolvent. The bank suspended business January 2, 1932, upon order of the state bank commission. The authorized capital stock of the corporation was $50,000, divided into 500 shares of a par value of $100 per share.
