County's Case With Defunct Chiloquin Bank Settled. The question to what to about bonds held in protection of Klamath county's deposit in the defunct Chiloquin State bank was settled Thursday when Circuit Judge W. M. Duncan signed order permitting the state banking department to sΓ©ll part of the bonds. As consequence of the sale of the bonds, the county will ceive the full balance on the posit principal, from the funds of the liquidation. consideration of the payment the principal. the county treaswith approval of the county court, agreed to accrued interest on the depΓ³sit.
