WORK ON DETAILS FOR PROPOSED NEW BANK CONTINUES Called to San Francisco to assist in working out the details of the proposed bank reorganization plan, several officials of the Wingfield banks will go to the coast tonight to spend several days. Their principal task will be to aid the San Francisco bank reorganization committee in selecting assets of the closed banks to be placed in the proposed new bank and in the trust company. The conferences were temporarily halted over the week-end but will be resumed tomorrow. Statements issued by those participating say that progress is being made. Depositors of the Riverside Bank will probably be requested this week to empower a depositors' committee, through assignments to act for them in matters affecting that bank which may include a proposed reopening of the institution as an independent bank.
