PROSSER, Wash., May 14.—On petition of Howard H. Hansen, state supervisor of banking, to close the liquidation of the Security State Bank of Richland, Judge Matt L. Driscoll today approved by decree all acts of the supervisor and his special deputies, relieved them of all further liability and exonerated their bonds.
The depositors were paid several dividends, totaling 40½ per cent. The liquidators handled $53,279, and the petition showed that $10,008 of it went to liquidation expenses.
Total unclaimed deposits amounted to $202, of which 40½ per cent, or $81, will escheat to the state, if not called for by the approved depositors.
