Receiver's Sale. OTICE is hereby given. that in pursuance of an order N made by the District Court in and for Doniphan County, State of Kansas, at its December term, A. D. 1880, in an action in said Court pending. wherein Dustin M. Parker is plaintiff, and R. L. McDonald, Administrator of Armstrong Beattie, deceased, Charles Burkhalter, Robert Tracy, Frank M. Tracy. Robert 8. Dinsmore, Celestia M. Parker, Mary Michallia, Gilman Plumer, and the State Savings Bank of St. Joseph. Mo., are defendants, I will, on the 15th day of March, A. D. 1881, at 2 o'clock, P. M., at the north door of the Court House, in the town of Troy, in said County, sell at public auction the following described real estate, situate in said County, to wit: Lot No. five, (5) in Hayton's Addition to the City of Troy, appraised at $10,000; also, Lot No. four, (4) in said Hayton's Addition to the City of Troy, ap praised at 81,300.
