LAW CALENDARS. Matters on Hearing Yesterday in the Superior Court. In Department One of the Superior Court yesterday the demurrer to the complaint in the case of J. E. and Nettie Camp against Wm. Land was submitted and taken under advisement by Judge Hughes; also, the motion to strike out parts of the complaint. Five days were allowed each side to file points in the case of H. F. G. Trumpler against J. P. Odbert and others. In the matter of the guardianship of R. G. Breckenridge, an incompetent, letters were granted to Margaret E. Breckenridge. H. A. Hill and George A. Runyon were discharged from their liabilities. In the case of Antone King against B. Muir, the motion to strike out was denied by consent, and forty days allowed to answer. All other cases were contineud. DEPARTMENT TWO. In Department Two Judge Johnson overruled the demurrer to the amended complaint in the case of J. Stern against H. H. Hinshaw and others. The application of the Capital Savings Bank for voluntary dissolution was continued till March 10th. The sale of the residence property of the estate of Alice M. Chesley, deceased, for $6,600, was confirmed to S. S. Nathan. The final account of the administration of the estate of W. A. Miller. deceased, was continued for hearing till March 16th. The sale of personal property of the estate of Marco Mania, deceased, was confirmed; also, in the case of Clara G. Comasi, deceased. An order was made confirming the final account in the matter of the estate of Ferdinand Steinecke, deceased. All other cases were continued.
