RECEIVERS ASK FOR HUNTLEY AND BALLANTINE STATE BANKS In district court of Yellowstone county, W. D. Rankin, attorney general, has started proceedings to have receivers appointed for the Ballantine State bank and the Huntley State bank, both of which recently failed. The complaint states that the two concerns were closed after examinations by L. Q. Skelton, state bank examiner, and asks that they be declared insolvent and put into receivership. According to the complaint the Huntley bank suspended business November 29 and the Ballantine bank closed December 2.
