DISTRICT COURT PROCEEDINGS Judge Theodore Lentz opened the April term of court at Thompson Falls Monday, April 13th, at which ession the following business was transacted This being the opening day of the term, the bonds of the county commissioners were presented to the Court, Inspected and approved. The State of Montana John Bowie, alias James Davidson The county attorney asked and granted leave to file an information charging the defendant with the me of burglary. The defendant answered that his true name was John Bowie, stated that he had no counsel and desired none. On arraignment he acknowledged receipt of a copy of the information, waived the reading thereof, waived the time for entering his/plea and entered al plea of guilty. He stated that he desired to be sentanced at once and was by the Court sentenced to imprisonment for one year in the state prison. Good, deceased This matter came on for hearing upon two returns and accounts of sales of personal property belonging to the estate, and the Court after hearing evidence concerning the sales approved both. The following named persons were examined and admitted to eltizenship: Anna Tuovinen, Oscar Erickson and Alaf Dicksson. No further business appearing, court was adjourned to Thursday, April 23. 1931 at 1:00 p. m.
