Named Bank Receiver Walter Adams received a telegram from Washington Wednesday evening instructing him to go to Seymour, Mo., to take charge Thursday noon of the national bank at that place now in the process of liquidation. Mr. Adams has many friends here who will be glad to hear of his appointment.
