VILLAGE BANK PLAN Birch Run State Bank Reorganization Approved by State Committee. BY GUY JENKINS (Daily Staff Correspondent.) reopening of the Run State bank approved today by the state banking advisory committee plan, as proposed by Herbert F. BANK AT BIRCH RUN TO RELEASE FUNDS Announces 10 Per Cent to Be Paid Immediately; Bank Opened This Week. Birch Run, Oct. 7.-The Birch Run State bank which was opened this week. announces assets have been and 10 per cent of the first 50 cent ready for immediate release. The mainder of the 50 per cent is divided into five certificates, one payable each year.
