U.S. CIRCUIT COURT. BEFORE JUDGE WEBB. Wednesday-The Circuit court came in for a brief period yesterday morning to enable a decree to be entered up in the case of Timothy Merrill, receiver, vs. Gardiner Savings Bank. The decree is for $7500 and interest for plaintiff, in accordance with a decision rendered some time ago by Judge Webb. A. M. Spear of Gardiner, appeared for Merrill and Symonds. Snow and Cook for the bank.
