FROM THE PACIFIC OCEAN. We have seen a letter from an officer on board the frigate U. States, dated off Chorillos 25th November, which states that a number of the officers and crew had been sick with the small pox, but at the date of the letter the ship was healthy, the sick having been sent ashore by Com. Hull. We regret to add that fifteen of the crew had died. We understand that the Passamaquoddy Bank," at Eastport, has suspended payment in consequence of their bills on England having come back protested. The Legislature of Pennsylvania adjourned on the 11th inst. after a session of four months. The Middlesex Canal is, we believe. in full and promising operation for the season. Accounts from the South mentions that the fruit, particularly peachés, had been generally destroyed by frosts. Green Peas made their appearance in the Norfolk market on the 10th inst.
