STATE OF WISCONSIN—SAUK COUNTY—In Circuit Court.

In the Matter of the Wisconsin Banking Commission as receiver in charge of the State Bank of LaValle on the sale of certain real estate.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That there will be a hearing at the Dane County Court House at Madison, Dane county, Wisconsin, on the 3rd day of October, 1935, at 2:00 o'clock P. M., or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, on the matter of the sale of the property described hereinafter, and the ascertaining at that time of which bid should be accepted.

The property described is as follows: Lot One (1) Block Nine (9), of the Village of LaValle, Sauk county, Wisconsin, premises known as the Montgomery or Miller house in said village.
