Adjudged a Bankrupt. (Special to The Times-Dispatch.) GREENSBORO, N. C., February 10.There was a hearing to-day in the Federal Court before Judge Boyd on the involuntary bankruptcy proceedings against W. L. HIII, a dry goods merchant of a Winston-Salem. He was adjudged bankupt, and the matter was referred to Major Joseph E. Alexander, referee in The bankruptcy, at Winston-Salem. Piedmont Savings Bank was continued as receiver, pending the election of a trustee by the creditors.
