in good condition, water and steam heat, a Tennant House, a small Stable and outbuildings. SIXTH.-All that tract of land, situated in said election district, containing 62 ACRES AND 18 PERCHES, MORE OR LESS, and known as the "Filston Manor House" property, being bounded on the south by the Glencoe county road, on the east by the Filston "Upper Farm. on the north by "Brookdale" property, on the west by the "Brookdale" property and the property of Mrs. Gilbert, and more particularly described as the first parcel in a deed from Mary M. Austen to Henry D. Perky, dated May 25, 1904, and recorded among the Land Records aforesaid in Liber W. P. No. 276, folio 345, etc. The improvements on the said tract consist of A DWELLING, KNOWN AS THE "MANOR HOUSE,' COTTAGE, KNOWN AS ROSE COTTAGE," and two other Small Cottages, Stable and Barn and a thoroughly equipped Poultry Establishment and outbuildings. The "Manor House" is a pretentious building of 22 rooms, with hard wood trimmings and floors throughout, massive fire places, decorated hallways, fully equipped with modern bath rooms, hot water heating system and piped for lighting-in fine a Colonial Mansion completely modernized and surrounded by spacious lawns, terraces and ornamented with venerable foreign and indigenous trees. Title to this tract is held by the International Trust Company, but with the consent of the Court the same will be offered for sale with the receivership estate. The above tracts will be first offered separately, and then as an entirety, and if the bid for the tracts as an entirety is greater than the ag gregate of the separate bids, then the highest bid will be accepted. Growing crops will be reserved by the Receivers, who will sell same to the purchaser or purchasers of property at cost, if they so desire. A deposit. equivalent to 5 per cent. of the purchase price, will be required of each purchaser at the time of the sale. TERMS OF ALE-One-third Cash, balance in six and twelve months, with interest; or all cash as the purchaser or purchasers may elect. Credit payments to bear interest from day of sale and to be secured to the satisfaction of the undersigned. Taxes to be adjusted to day of sale. And immediately after the sale of the real estate the Receivers will offer for sale A LARGE HERD OF REGISTERED JERSEY CATTLE. BERKSHIRE HOGS. AND HORSES, MULES, AND AN ASSORTMENT OF FARMING IMPLEMENTS, BUGGIES, Etc., IN FACT AM EVERYTHING THAT CAN BE FOUND ON A WELL EQUIPPED FARM. INCLUDING A FULL CREAMERY OUTFIT.
