Bank of Bardwell Receiver Sues to Collect on Notes

Jeff H. Hooker, receiver of the First National Bank of Bardwell, which closed January 28, 1932, has filed suit in United States district court to recover judgments against twelve persons on promissary notes alleged due in amounts varying from $20 to $245. Goldbloom The petition was filed by Attorney R. L. Myre, attorney for COFFEE the bank receiver. The following judgments are sought: F. W. Turk, R. Bard, R. C. Evans $245; F. W. Turk, R. C.
