SLOW RUN RESULTS IN BANK CLOSING By Associated Press. KANSAS CITY, Kan., Dec. 13.What was termed as a "slow run" caused the closing last night of the Inter-City State Bank here by the Board of Directors. In the last few weeks, there has been a steady withdrawal by depositors totaling more than $135,000, according to J. C. Nourse, president of the bank. There was no indication of bad paper anywhere among the bank's assets, he added, and said the bank would pay out dollar for dollar. The decision to close the institution was made after Lee V. Williams, cashier and principal stockholder informed the directors the bank no longer could meet its demand because of withdrawals.

ANNEXATION RULING TOMORROW The Supreme Court Decide on Addltion of 640-Aere Factory Sites. A decision involving property valued at 2 million dollars will be handed down by the Kansas supreme court tomorrow in the suit of property owners to set aside the annexation of 640 acres to Kansas City, Kas. The territory, west of the Armour dale district. was annexed by ordinance and the district zoned for industrial purposes. The property owners appealed to the supreme court and Dean H. W. Arant the school of law of the University of Kansas was appointed commissioner take testimony and make recommendations to the court. He found for the city.
