NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the undersigned until one o'clock in the afternoon of Monday, March 18, 1935, for the following described real estate situated in the County of Franklin and the State of Missouri, to-wit:
A part of Lot No. 1 of the Hoerath Heirs Subdivision, situated in the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 31, Township 43 North, Range 2 West, being the east 62 feet of said Lot No. 1 and particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot No. 1; thence westward along the south line of said Lot 62 feet to a point; thence north parallel with the east line of said Lot 59 feet to a point on the north line of said Lot; thence, eastward along the north line of said Lot 62 feet to the northwest corner thereof; thence southward along the east line of said Lot 59 feet to the place of beginning; all in the Village of Beaufort, Missouri, subject to legal highways; including building, vault and door, and furnace, all subject, however, to the approval of the Circuit Court of Franklin County, Missouri.
Each bidder must forward with his bid, cashier's check, bank draft or cash in the sum of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars as evidence of good faith. The right to reject any and all bids is reserved.
