SUIT TO RECOVER PROCEEDS OF SALE A suit filed in the circuit court today by Frank T. Armstrong, trustee in bankruptcy of the estate of C. H. Brown, bankrupt, against Edwin S. Coombs, receiver for the Citizens National Bank, a defunct corporation, and D. R. Harrison, Commissioner of Finance of the state of Missouri, receiver of the Peoples' Bank of Green Ridge, seeks to recover proceeds of a sale of merchandise of the C. H. Brown general store of Green Ridge. The amount, $398.55 was turned over to the bank receivers, when the plaintiff alleges it should have been given to the trustee in bankruptcy. Barnett and Hayes are attorneys for the plaintiff.

SUIT TO RECOVER PROCEEDS OF SALE A suit filed in circuit court Wednesday by Frank Armstrong, trustee in bankruptcy of the estate of C. H. Brown, bankrupt, against Edwin S. Coombs, receiver for the Citizens National Bank, a defunct corporation, and D. R. Harrison, Commissioner of Finance of the state of Missouri, receiver of the Peoples' Bank of Green Ridge, seeks to recover proceeds of a sale of merchandise of the C. H. Brown general store of Green Ridge. The amount, $398.55 was turned over to the bank receivers, when the plaintiff alleges it should have been given to the trustee in bankruptcy. Barnett and Hayes are attorneys for the plaintiff. Adjudicated a Bankrupt Willia A. Taylor of Longwood has been adjudicated a voluntary bankrupt by D. S. Lamm, referee in bankruptcy. Her liabilities total $37,750, and consist of notes owed the Citizens National Bank and McFarland and Haines Company.
