FINAL REPORT ACCEPTED Of Joint Receivers of Waterville Trust Co. at Hearing Thursday Hearing was held before Chief Justice Leslie C. Cornish Thursday morning at the court house on the final report of Hon. Charles F. Johnson and Harry L. Holmes of Waterville, joint receivers of the Waterville Trust Co. The report was accepted and the joint receivers discharged from further service. There is a small balance on hand in the form of dividends belonging to parties whose residences have not been ascertained and also a small balance where checks have been sent out for dividends by the receivers but have not been returned. In order to disburse these small balances Harry L Holmes was appointed sole receiver with authority to advertise the names of the depositors and the amounts due them. and to make final report and return to the court on or before Nov. 1. 1918. Those present. at the hearing on Thursday morning were: Hon. Charles F. Johnson and Harry L. Holmes of Waterville. receivers: Lewis G. Whipple of Waterville, auditor, and Carroll N. Perkins of Waterville, counsel for the receivers.
