WILL SETTLE LIABILITY SUIT District Court will convene here Friday when an important case of long standing will be tried. It is entitled R. O. Brownell, receiver of the Farmers & Merchants State Bank of Wahoo, against Arthur L. Anderson, et al. There are some 25 stockholders of the old bank involved and the state is trying to collect the liability assessment.
