Depositors in the Morrill Bank Paid Receiver C. A. Morrill Issues Drafts, Dollar for Dollar, for Farmers and Merchants Drafts were issued last week, by C. A. Morrill, receiver of the Farmers & Merchants Bank, and were mailed to the depositors yesterday, says the Morrill Mail. Each depositor was reimbursed in full—one hundred cents on the dollar. Several months have elapsed since the doors of the bank were closed, and during that time some of the depositors have been in quite close circumstances. However, everyone has managed to struggle through and with better times in view it is quite likely many of the depositors will find themselves in better shape, financially, than if they had had free access to their money in more stringent times.
