WOULD SELL SECURITIES Counsel for Charles F. Kirschler, receiver for the Traders' and Mechanics' Bank, Pittsburgh, to-day petitioned the court for permission to dispose of a number of stocks. bonds and other securities of the bank, at a public sale. The order granted by the court is returnable January 28, 1918. In the petition it was stated that efforts to dispose of the securities otherwise had failed.
