NOTICE All persons and depositors having claims against Bank of Prospect, Prospect, in the hands of the Banking Commissioner of the State of Kentucky for liquidation, should prompresent sworn proof such claims the offices of the Bank of Prospect in Prospect, Jefferson County, Kentucky, and all such claims must be filed within six months after April 1932; and all persons indebted to the said Bank, will call and make settlement.
