REICHERT LAUDS SALINE PLAN OF REORGANIZATION State Bank Commissioner Is Enthusiastic Over Success of System A plan of bank reorganization which is receiving favorable comment in state and national banking circles has been named after the city of Saline, it was revealed here Thursday by Rudolph E. Reichert, state banking commissioner, in the city in connection with the reopening of the Bridgewater Savings bank. The set-up, known as the "Saline Plan," was used in reorganizing the Saline Savings bank recently and this institution was the first in the state to be reopened by the state banking department. The plan involves an agreement whereby depositors sign 40 per cent of their deposits into a trust fund to take care of questionable assets. The other 60 per cent is placed under a six-year moratorium plan. Mr. Reichert was enthusiastic about the manner in which the plan is working and said that 18 state banks may be reopened un-
