Order for Creditors to File Claims. Upon the petition of George Michelsen, Receiver for the Bank ol Yuma in this cause, it is hereby ordered that each anti all of the creditors of the said Bank of Yuma shall file their claims against the said Bank of Yuma with the Clerk of this Court or with the said Receiver within six months from this day. Each claim shall be in the form prescribed by law for claims filed with an assignee for the benefit of cred= itors, and shall be verified as such claims are required to be verified. It is further ordered that a copy of this order be published by the said Receiver for at least one month in the Arizana Sentinel. a newspaper published in the City of Yuma, Yuma County, Arizona Territory. Done in Cnambers, at Tueson, Pima County, Arizona, this twenty-third day of February, A. D. 1903. GEO. R. DAVIS, Judge.
